My passion for beauty started during my teenage years. Although I am originally from
Uzbekistan, I moved to Bulgaria at a young age. During those formative years in Bulgaria, I
began working as a makeup artist for well-known TV shows, collaborating with professionals
and celebrities in the industry. That experience gave me my first real exposure to the world of
beauty.
In my view, to succeed as a beautician in the beauty and aesthetics field, one needs a blend of
artistic creativity and precision. As I became more skilled and confident with makeup, I realised I
wanted to take things further, and that’s when I decided to shift into the aesthetics field, where I
could use my hands for more detailed, artistic work this time using a needle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cf What are the biggest challenges you\u2019ve faced in the industry, and how have you overcome them?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
I wouldn\u2019t say competition has been my biggest challenge, competition will always be there, and
there will always be someone better. For me, the real challenge has been keeping myself on
track: staying consistent, thinking creatively, keeping up with trends, and not giving up when
things get tough. Success doesn\u2019t happen overnight; it\u2019s built on determination and persistence,
and we all start somewhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m grateful for the incredible support I\u2019ve had, especially from my partner, who has been there

\u25cf You\u2019ve become acclaimed for developing the innovative Volume Russian Lips technique. Could you walk us through what makes this technique unique?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Volume Russian Lips technique I developed may share a name with Dr Garunova\u2019s
method, but my approach is quite different. I’ve fine-tuned my technique over years of hands-on
experience and advanced training early in my career.
In my Masterclass, I teach more than just the technical steps; I focus on the artistry and
attention to detail that brings out a natural, balanced look. My goal is for clients to feel like
they\u2019re seeing an enhanced version of their lips. It\u2019s a blend of skill and intuition that\u2019s made this
technique so popular, and I\u2019m thrilled to share what I\u2019ve learned with others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cf Facial aesthetics is constantly evolving. How do you stay ahead of trends and
continue developing your skills?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
For me, staying at the forefront of facial aesthetics is all about combining expertise with integrity.
I\u2019m always learning about new techniques and products, but I approach every treatment with
balance in mind. I believe in enhancing my clients\u2019 natural beauty without going overboard, so
the results look fresh and never excessive. This balanced approach has helped me build trust
with my clients, who know they can count on me for honest advice on what will truly work best
for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cf What are the other signature techniques or treatments that you specialise in, aside from Volume Russian Lips?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alongside my signature Volume Russian Lips technique, I also specialise in corrective
treatments that help clients address issues like filler migration, giving them a chance to refresh
and refine past enhancements for a more natural look. Another area where I focus is
anti-wrinkle treatments. These treatments not only soften existing fine lines but also proactively
prevent new ones from forming, helping clients maintain a smoother and more youthful
appearance over time. I also provide tailored consultations to help clients decide on the
treatments that align best with their unique facial features and goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cf Client satisfaction is key in the beauty industry. How do you ensure that each of your clients feels confident and satisfied with their results?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
and attention they deserve. I always allocate enough time for every appointment, so clients
never feel rushed or unheard. On the day of their appointment, I start with a thorough
consultation to discuss their goals, address any concerns, and carefully assess the areas we\u2019ll
be treating. By doing this I can give them personalised recommendations that align with their
beauty aspirations, ensuring they feel confident in the plan before we begin.
Diversity and Inclusion are as well essential values in my clinic. I believe that beauty should be
accessible and celebrated across all backgrounds and identities, and I approach every client
with respect for their unique features and preferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cf There are many misconceptions about facial aesthetic treatments. What are some myths that you\u2019d like to debunk?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
I could write a whole book on this, but one of the biggest misconceptions is that \u201call aesthetic
treatments look unnatural or overly dramatic.\u201d In reality, when performed by a skilled,
knowledgeable professional, treatments can be subtle, enhancing your natural beauty rather
than changing it. I always focus on creating balanced, customised results that complement each
client\u2019s unique features.
Another common misconception is that fillers and anti-wrinkle treatments are only suited for
specific ages or certain types of people. The truth is, that these treatments can be tailored to fit
a broad range of needs and goals, from a slight enhancement to a more rejuvenated look.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have some exciting plans in the works, but I\u2019ll keep them a secret for now\u2014got to keep a bit of
